NOTE: The minimum number of participants required for a GTD Retreat is: 12 for a 3-Day Retreat; 15 for a 2-Day Retreat; 20 for a 1 Day / 1 Night Retreat. The maximum for all retreats is 75-250 (depending on the campsite capacity).

Your Retreat includes 1 group adventure of your choice per full day of camp (*NOTE: activities through 3rd party outfitters costs extra). Pick 2-3 Main Adventures (as well as a few alternates). We will do our best to exceed your requests!
If your group is doing an overnight base camping event (or outdoor night event) then an edited movie can be added to your event for no additional fee. Would you like to add an Outdoor Movie Night on the Big "Screen" to your event?
After submitting your completed Fast Track. We will contact you to discuss your event. In addition, a $100 non-refundable Registration Fee is required to lock in your event. You can pay this now through our website or after we contact you to discuss your event.
